Patrycja Arca

Patrisha’s Yoga journey began in her early youth out of a deep interest in natural ways of healing. Being brought up close to nature and living a harmonious life, she is substantially supported and inspired by a family of naturopaths, healers and medical practitioners. Seeking at first a scientific understanding of healing, she pursued and accomplished her Master’s degree in physiotherapy. This background has allowed her to have an in-depth knowledge about the body regarding her alignment-based teaching style. This scientific knowledge was not enough for her as she felt there was something missing. She continued her studies in the field of, Religious Psychology, Eastern Philosophy,  Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda-a practice of meditation and Chinese Martial Arts. The Study has helped deepen her insight and has brought clarity in understanding body and mind relationship. However, it was not until she increased her practice of Yoga that she actually felt a connection between the scientific world and the spiritual world.Patrisha has travelled and worked in different countries across Europe and Asia before coming to the roots of Yoga in India and becoming a multi style yoga teacher. Nowadays, Patrisha is bringing her knowledge and experience in our Art of Teaching theory classes, meditation classes as well as Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Therapeutic Yoga Asana practice. She has a real passion for healing, and this passion reflects in her teaching. Her work is overflowing with faith, love and enthusiasm with a reasonable balance between spiritual and scientific approach.
